Inviting Users #

You can invite new users to join your organization. They will receive an email invite that allows them to register and get access to Evolved Studio.

Users you invite are granted the base user role by default. They are not organization administrators.
If the invitee already has an account on Evolved Inclusion, you won’t be able to invite them to join your organization because they are already in a different organization. If you need to merge organizations, please contact support.

To Invite a New User to your Organization #

From any view

Settings context menu item

  1. Click your profile dropdown (the gray button with the first character of your name) and select “Settings”

  2. In the left column, click “People”

  3. Click “Add Users”

  4. In the new window, enter the name and email address of someone you’d like to add to your organization

  5. Click “Send Invite.” The person will receive an email invite with instructions to complete their account and join your organization.

Subscription Changes #

Depending on your subscription plan, adding a new user may change your monthly subscription charge.

Before you add a user, a confirmation window will show how your subscription will change, including any price changes and automatic upgrades, to give you the opportunity to accept the change.

If you are signed up for the Starter or Business plan and your organization has fewer users than the advertised user count for that plan, adding a new user will not change your subscription. Otherwise, adding a new user will increase your monthly subscription charge by the per-user amount for that plan.

For example, if you are on the Starter plan and have less than 3 users, adding another user will not increase your monthly subscription. If you have 3 or more users, adding another user will increase your monthly subscription fee by $15.

Automatic Upgrade #

If you are signed up for the Individual or Starter plan, your plan will automatically upgrade to the pricing of the next plan when your organization reaches the number of users for that plan.

For example, if you are on the Starter plan and have 9 users, adding another user will automatically upgrade your organization to the Business plan. As a result, the price per user will reduce from $15 to $12.
