Evolved Studio identifies words and phrases in your document that may have a statistically significant influence on the gender of applicants to the role. All the suggested Gender Influencers can be viewed via the Gender Influencers category button.

1. Click the gray Gender Influencers button in the right panel

2. View the explanation in the upper-right corner of the analyze panel

Appearance Likelihood #

The gender influencer detail includes a visualization and data about the relatively odds of finding an identifier in a role primarily occupied by women vs men. This data is intended to provide additional helpful context around Evolved Inclusion’s gender identifiers. It can give you a sense of how frequently you might find one of these terms in roles where women or men are more successfully hired. This data is derived Evolved Inclusion’s own NLP analysis of a significant analysis of job postings (3 million+) in combination with data published by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics

Not all influencers include the likelihood visualization. Where an influencer was identified but data gathering is still in progress it will not be shown.
