Live Collaboration Notice #

It’s possible for multiple users to open and view or edit a document at the same time in Evolved Studio. However, Evolved Studio does not currently support streaming live updates to content as documents are edited. This opens up the possibility that two users may overwrite each other’s changes.

Use the Live Collaboration Indicator to avoid overwriting another active user’s changes

To help prevent conflicts and streamline sharing, Evolved Studio displays all of the other users currently accessing a document when it is open in the editor. Specifically, you can see:

• The other user’s name(s)
• Whether they are editing or viewing
• Whether they are active or away

When one or more people also has a document open, the header will display the number of other users in the document:
